By accessing or using MySalvageAuto (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Disclaimer. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

What MySalvageAuto Is

MySalvageAuto is a research tool for salvage and used-vehicle auctions. We aggregate publicly available auction data—such as sale records, lot photos, title and damage descriptions, and pricing history—and present it in an organized, searchable format to help you make more informed decisions.

We are an independent research platform. We do not sell vehicles, run auctions, or act on behalf of any auction house.

Estimates Are Not Guarantees

Figures shown in the Service—including flip scores, estimated values, repair-cost ranges, profit projections, and market trends—are estimates generated from historical and third-party data. They are provided for research purposes only and:

• are not appraisals, quotes, or promises of any outcome;
• may be incomplete, outdated, or contain errors from the original sources;
• should never be your sole basis for a bidding or purchase decision.

No Affiliation With Auction Houses

MySalvageAuto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Copart, IAAI, Manheim, or any other auction company or seller. All trademarks and brand names belong to their respective owners. References to third-party auctions are for identification and research only.

Credits, Previews & Unlocks

Searching MySalvageAuto is free and returns a preview for each vehicle. Viewing a full report—including all auction photos, damage and title details, seller information, and cost breakdowns—requires spending one credit to unlock that specific vehicle. Once unlocked, you can revisit that report at no additional cost.

Credits are purchased in packs. Purchased credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase, or until they are used up, whichever comes first.

All Sales Are Final — No Refunds or Returns

Because credits provide immediate access to digital research content, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credit reversals for any reason, including unused credits, credits that expire after 30 days, or dissatisfaction with the data or estimates provided.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying access to digital content that is delivered instantly, that you waive any right to a refund or return, and that all sales are final except where a non-waivable refund right is required by applicable law.

Your Responsibilities

• Verify all vehicle details independently—including VIN, title status, and condition—directly with the auction or seller before bidding or buying.
• Keep your account credentials secure and do not share your login with others.
• Use the Service for lawful purposes only and do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MySalvageAuto and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including lost profits or losses on a vehicle purchase—arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
